Our egos 
try to make us believe the Spirit of Truth can be captured in our current belief system. If you believe this, then your quest for truth will never be found. The conscious you is the mental box . Nothing external can ever enlighten as our inner conditions continue to look keep us safe.
The ego can use even a true and valid spiritual teaching. to create a closed box. Often expressed in work, enters your life bringing this into form “frozen in time”. Our inner wisdom can only be attained through the Spirit of Truth where we have a direct experience. Some of us, I am sure feel we have found the ultimate teacher yet our ego easily fools us. It is subtle yet strong.
The illusion of protection
First we must be willing to confront our egos and pull the beams from its eyes. To maintain the broken flow of living in this world. It is essential to realise there is not way to create spiritual connection to be free from the ego and its games. The only way to combat this is to have constant self rareness to then reach the Spirit of Truth.

It is essential to know you cannot create a connection to our Spirit of Truth and be free of the separation of the ego and its games. The only way to challenge your ego starts with a self-awareness of what is important and what can be released.
Ego perception of what is needs
In my experience and my findings, we have fears and concerns that pre-empt us from accessing our Spirit of Truth. What will happen if those fears and concerns interfere with your ability to receive guidance.

Identifying ego blocks
To give your ego what it needs in order to relax construct a list of what would need to be true in order for you to feel safe to have what you most desire in your life. We call these “conditions of the ego.” “What would need to be true in your life such that I would be perfectly happy, safe and comfortable creating learning to trust your Spirit of Truth on a regular basis.
Breaking through Ego Fears
There is a part of you most concerned about understand what the Spirit of Truth is for you. Your fears will stand in the way. This step is to give our ego permission to move forward.
List your fears and ask yourself “what is the worst thing can happen if this fear came true. This is repetitive so keep asking the question until your mind is completely blank. If none of your fears will stand in the way, do you now choose to hear your ‘Spirit of Truth”
Trusting your Spirit of Truth
The depth of our ego conditions run deep. Yet it can be very difficult to recognize at times. Our ego has the perfect ability to judge. Rewards provide temporary pleasure, placing high value on external gratification.
When we properly give the ego permission , we have chosen to allow our Spirit of Truth to be heard.
